My children wanted more flexible hours for the coffee service in the lobby.

Handy location, fairly quiet, efficient helpful staff (including the great valet guys, which took the sting out of the $24/day charge). Tea/coffee always available in the lobby, and morning pastries.
You have to move quick for the pastries or the airline crew will get them.

It had very central location close to a shopping mall. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a busy area.

The staffs were excellent. They actually go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. You see I am disabled and had to use a wheelchair. One of the staff help me with the lift and took my wife and I to the tour operator, so we do not have to waste time looking for one. Another staff at the front desk even offered to help my wife look for "Poke spice" after her shift. Such excellence in service beats any 5 star luxury hotel. Lovely small and beautifully decorated hotel with very knowledgeable staff at the reception desk, enjoyed our staying. We ate in the fantastic restaurant at the first floor which was reasonably priced. The bathroom was reasonably large, the bed was comfy.

Fantastic Oasis in a Prime Location!
The refreshing welcome pack in my room was a sweet touch. The hospitable staff were always ready to assist. For food lovers, don't miss the nearby eateries that serve mouthwatering local dishes. Bring earplugs if your room faces the street!

missingWrote a review on 20 Julcolorful decorgreat locationnoise disturbance
Location couldn't be better with a quick stroll to the beach and plenty of shops just steps away. The colorful decor really captures that Hawaiian vibe and gives the hotel a refreshing feel.
The noise from the surrounding nightlife is a big issue. You can hear music and street sounds even late into the night, disrupting any chance of peaceful sleep. The bathroom shower pressure is pretty weak, leading to longer shower times to feel clean. The lack of parking options means extra costs for renting a car. Something you need to plan for unless you're cool with rideshares. On a practical note, the room features an old sliding door that doesn't help with sound insulation and the AC system only offers basic temperature control without letting you adjust strength.

The One Queen Bed room was pretty nice, modern furnishings, and felt clean. The colorful decor really added a fun vibe. The welcome snacks were a great touch! The bathroom felt a bit cramped and getting to the pool was a little inconvenient. But overall, the ambiance was enjoyable.
